Aishwarye Dubey
Aishwarye Dubey is a seasoned maritime lawyer and advocate with over a decade of experience across corporate shipping, international policy, and legal academia. He currently serves as Maritime Lawyer & Advisor at A.P. MΓΈller Maersk and previously served as Principal Associate at Lardner North & Co. (Kochi).
His practice spans major incident management including ship collisions and onboard cargo fires, alongside vessel damage claims, crew disputes, P&I communications, and high-value cargo litigation. He has represented ship owners, charterers, and energy companies in commercial negotiations and international mediations.
Prior to private practice, Aishwarye served as Associate Fellow at the National Maritime Foundation, contributing to maritime policy with NITI Aayog, Ministry of External Affairs, and the Ministry of Defence.
